ACOLYTES — Janine Stephens
An opportunity for youth and adults to develop a deeper appreciation for the liturgy by assisting at the altar during services.
ALTAR GUILD — Deb Cowgill
Serving God through the preparation of His altar for services on Tuesday, Sunday, and other additional services throughout the year.
BIBLE STUDY — Zac Harmon, Carole Ann Crateau
Small-group Bible Study using the Manuscript Method
BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS — Denis Williamson
General maintenance of the buildings and grounds of St. Tim’s. There are lots of opportunities to help with mowing, weeding, pruning, and small repairs.
CATECHUMENATE — Michael McFetridge
Weekly class for individuals wishing to prepare for Baptism, Confirmation or Reaffirmation or for anyone interested in learning more about the church.
CHABURAH GROUPS — Caroline Gilbert
Groups of parishioners who meet approximately once a month in each other’s home, to share a short prayer service, a meal, and fellowship
CHOIR — Jeff Swartwout
Rehearses October through the Easter season to prepare music offered at many services throughout the year.
CHURCH SCHOOL — Mary McFetridge
Sunday morning classes for Primary and Intermediate Grades, September - May using the Episcopal Children’s Curriculum
COFFEE HOUR — Amy Divelbiss
Sign-up sheet is in the narthex to provide refreshments after the 10:00 service.
FLOWER GUILD — Pamela Filbert
Picking up altar flowers weekly at the florist and arranging additional flowers throughout the church. Scheduled on a rotating basis. Easter and Christmas work parties to decorate for services.
GODLY PLAY — Pamela Filbert
A formation program for children, age 3 through First Grade, based on Montessori developmental concepts; meets at 9:50 on Sunday mornings; the children join their parents at the Great Thanksgiving.

HIKE OF THE MONTH CLUB — Michael McFetridge
Occasional hikes through various parts of Northwestern Oregon. Some easier, some harder, but always fun!
JOURNEY TO ADULTHOOD — Janine Stephens
A formation process for young people, ages 11 - 17, divided into three age groups; meets Sunday mornings at 9 AM, September - May
JASON LEE SOUP KITCHEN — John Hanson
Groups of parishioners prepare and serve soup through the Jason Lee kitchen to 30 – 75 hungry people on various Sundays throughout the year.
PARISH LIBRARY — Elizabeth Mills

MARION-POLK FOOD SHARE — Barbara Watson
Food for the hungry in our community.
MEMORIAL GARDEN — Denis Williamson
The raised garden on the south side of the church; a lovely final resting place. Will welcomes your questions, comments, and offers of help.
NEW MEMBERS / INQUIRERS CLASS — Michael McFetridge
A brief look into the history of Christianity, the Episcopal Church and St. Timothy’s. Meets in the fall.
NURSERY — Gail Coulson
The nursery is available for children each Sunday for Church School and the 10:00 service and other major Holy Days.
OFFICE — Mary McFetridge
Occasional help is needed in the office preparing mailings and other light work.
SALEM INTERFAITH HOSPITALITY NETWORK — Steve Cowgill, Paula Hartwig
An opportunity for this parish to join with other churches in Salem to offer housing, meals, and companionship to homeless families in the process of getting back on their feet.
TELEPHONE CALLING COMMITTEE — Jana McFerron
Helps with St. Tim’s communication, passing on information concerning vital upcoming events.
USHERS — Mike Mills
Meet and greet people, distribute bulletins, assist newcomers and help with the flow of service. Scheduled on a rotating basis.
